The Dragon Boat Club continued to strengthen its competitive standing, achieving multiple podium finishes at state regattas and expanding participation in national events. The Club focused on developing novice paddlers through structured training programs and enhanced coaching support, resulting in improved crew depth and performance consistency. Membership growth and retention remained strong, supported by active recruitment and inclusive social initiatives. The Club also prioritised leadership development within the committee to ensure sustainable operations.
