In 2025, MUFC fielded 10 teams (5 Blues, 4 Blacks & 1 Women’s and between 220 & 230 players per week) in the VAFA with all 3 clubs in the Premier Division although the Mugars finished the season in Premier B. In 2026, Blacks and Blues remain in Premier Division whilst Women’s will start in Division 1.The MUFC is consolidating plans to expand our programme to 10 men’s teams and 5 women’s teams (about 350 players per week) with plans afoot to establish an integrated women’s programme in addition to our stand-alone women’s programme..
