The Club's Team Leader Program has been a highlight, empowering members to take on leadership roles within the Club. Thanks to this program, the Club organized and supported 100 events throughout the year, with a total attendance of 692 participants. With the support of Melbourne University Sport, the Club also assisted new divers through monthly pool sessions, offering a safe and encouraging environment for skill development. Furthermore, the Club expanded their course offerings with the invaluable contribution of three instructors,enabling more members to advance their diving abilities. The Club successfully employed our new compressor and helped divers complete safe scuba diving with enriched air (Nitrox) air. This upgrade enhances safety by allowing longer dive times and reducing nitrogen exposure, helping the Club continue to prioritize the well-being of their divers.
